Concilium Search is an international Executive Search and Permanent/Contract Recruitment firm with offices in London, Amsterdam, Switzerland, Dublin and Miami.

We are looking for an intelligent and highly self-motivated 180 Delivery Consultant to join our Life Science team in both Permanent Search and Contract Solutions at our London HQ.

The role

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant at Concilium Search, you will:

• Have an existing and established Client Book, as well as be able to identify, acquire and retain new and existing clients
• Develop accounts and terms negotiations
• Assist our Client Leads and Partners on critical searches across the UK, Europe, and USA
• Build strong relationships with candidates and manage them through the entirety of the recruitment process – from role briefing, qualification and interview preparation to offer presentation, acceptance and feedback
• Utilize your network to develop relationships with industry pioneers to win business to help grow new accounts
• You will spend a large portion of your time on telephone/video calls with candidates, in addition to conducting face to face meetings and presenting.
• You will be responsible for identifying leads and business information that you will then follow up to develop new and current client accounts.
• Successfully utilise our CRM database as well other tools (LinkedIn Recruiter etc) to search for candidates for defined open roles.
• Tutor and mentor junior consultants as and when necessary

At Concilium Search there is huge earning potential. Our Consultants typically demonstrate total earnings of between £75k – £150k, with our top performers billing well over £1 million. Our commission structure has no minimum threshold to qualify, and is totally uncapped – meaning there is no limit to your earnings.
