At the helm of Trinity Scott is our Global Head of Talent Morgan Hearty, a dynamic leader with a passion for developing talent and driving success. Possessing extensive recruitment industry experience as both a Recruitment Consultant and Talent Acquisition specialist Morgan brings a wealth of expertise and a commitment to excellence.

Supported by a talented and diverse team, Morgan leads with tenacity, innovation and a relentless dedication to empowering individuals to reach their full potential. We are a team united by a shared vision of growth and drive to bring positive change to the industry.

I started off my recruitment career as a 360 consultant within the Life Science sector, focusing on Clinical Operations contract roles across the UK and Europe. After spending over 4 ½ years in that space, I decided it was time to try something different, so I moved into an internal TA role within the same business.

I had great success in this role, hitting promotions and winning Exceptional Performance awards in my first 12 months. I then moved on to a more senior role at a different company, before settling into my role here!

I now lead the Trinity Scott business, placing top candidates (billing consultants, directors, C-Suite, and back-office staff) into leading recruitment businesses globally.

In addition to this I am also heading up the Internal Talent Acquisition Team for the Concilium Search Group!

The process was great.

The hiring process for me joining Concilium Search consisted of coming into the office and sitting down with Maduka, Sam, Rich and Tom. The process was great as it gave me an opportunity to speak to a number of seniors and understand the vision of the company in full. I was able to ask questions and given the opportunity to outline how I can help bring the business forward. Sitting down in the office meant I could get a feel for the environment, a video call or phone call fails to provide that. The onboarding was smooth, and all resources were provided on day 1. I was welcomed by everyone in the office and given the freedom early on to start building out my own desk
